With a severed tendon in his knee threatening to end his career, here’s a YouTube compilation of the best bits of AC Milan’s Ronaldo. When he was fit, which wasn’t often enough, he was truly brilliant striker.

    Ridiculously good player. He showed at the last World Cup that he could be absolutely lethal even when clearly unfit! He’ll be sorely missed if it really is the end of his career.

    His best years are behind him now and with the latest injury it will only be a matter of time before he is hanging up the boots.
